Total renovation of existing structure. Upon investigating the existing home, we discovered a substantial foundation that we utilized in this contemporary home. Site restrictions limited access to parking on the entry level above on the property. Cantilevered steel outdoor deck extend over the drive to the main entry on the upper level.
Passive solar, 18 foot net opening to main deck off of living area, dramatic curved roof juxtaposed to intersecting shed roofs, innovative use of standard agricultural corrugated siding and panel siding.
