Canyon Park Arbor Entry
This entryway needed a cost effective design solution to improve the front door presence to a typical “dominating” driveway at the front of the house. The owner completed a beautiful landscaping project throughout the property and requested a solution that did not require attachment to the existing residence or its roof. The design creates a masonry base that “anchors” the wood pergola to give it a substantial presence as compared to the existing home. The pergola successfully marks the entry for pedestrians on the driveway and frames the arrival to the front entry.
